Our Hoodies
We designed our hoodies specifically for people who have a port or picc line. Our sweatshirts have buttons down each sleeve so they are compatible for every IV line. There's nothing more uncomfortable than taking your arm out of your sleeve to get IV access, especially when it's cold in the hospital. Our shirts allow you to unbutton where the IV is, and then button back up-keeping the line out. These are ideal for any hospital visits, long or short. Our product is 85% cotton,15% polyester, and fleece lined so they are extremely soft on the inside.
My Story
My name is Carly and I'm a two time leukemia survivor. I was first diagnosed at the age of 22 and fought my way into remission after nine months. The second time I was 27 and made it into remission three months after. Both times I was hospitalized for about 25 days and had a picc line. I remember how cold it was to be in a tee shirt in a cold hospital room. I had to be hooked up to an IV 24/7 so I couldn't wear a sweatshirt. I decided the second time around to create a product where I didn't have to take anything off in order to be hooked up to an IV. I was finally comfortable and warm when receiving treatment, and it was a game changer. Now I want to make sure anyone with a port, picc line, or IV has this sweatshirt to stay comfortable while receiving any type of treatment.
